Authority
Board
The Authority Board consists of five township residents
appointed by the Township Council for a staggered five-year
term. Board meetings are held on the 1st Wednesdays of
every month.

Andrew W. Blenko, P.E., J.D.

Vice-Chairman
Mr. Blenko and his family have resided in North Huntingdon
Township since 1996. He is a registered professional
engineer in Pennsylvania as well as a licensed attorney.
He is employed by the Township of North Huntingdon as
the Planning Director/Township Engineer. |

Edward P. Shields, P.E., P.M.P.

Chairman
Mr. Shields is a 30-year
resident of NHT. He and his wife LaVonne have three
daughters: Rochelle, Erin, and Amanda. Ed is a registered
professional engineer in Pennsylvania and a registered
project manager professional with a masters degree in
business administration. He is employed by Westinghouse
Electric Co. with thirty years experience in engineering
and management.

Kelly S. Wolfe

Treasurer
Mrs. Wolfe has a masters degree in public
administration with concentrations in urban management
and metropolitan policy and management of non-profit
organizations. Kelly and her husband, Justin reside in
North Huntingdon Township and have 2
daughters. |

Herman E. Sieber, P.E.
Assistant Secretary/Treasurer
Mr. Sieber has been a
resident of the Township for 45 years. He has both a BS
and Electrical Engineering degree from the University of
Pittsburgh. Mr. Sieber is retired after 40 years of
service with Bettis Atomic Power Laboratories in West
Mifflin. Herman has volunteered for over 40 years with
the fire services, and is currently Chief of the Larimer
VFD.

Andrew J. Polczynski, P.E.
Secretary
Mr.
Polczynski is a lifelong resident of the Township. He
has a BS in Marine Engineering from the US Merchant
Marine Academy and an MS in Environmental Engineering
from the
University
of Pittsburgh. He holds an active license as a
Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth. He has a
diverse technical background with experience in both
environmental and mechanical engineering. He has held
positions as maintenance superintendent and maintenance
engineer as well as environmental engineering positions
in testing and design. Additionally, Mr. Polczynski is
serving in his fourteenth year as an officer in the U.S.
Navy Reserve. |
