Customer Portal

Access our updated Customer Portal @ where you can create an account or use guest checkout, pay your current bill, sign up for text reminders, schedule recurring payments, enroll in quarterly autopay and more. (New fees may apply). Customers also have the option to pay by phone by dialing 1-844-785-1082 (Fees apply). We are pleased to now offer Google Pay and Apple Pay.

* Please note, you will need your CID # found on your bill under "Total billed" on the top right hand side of the bill.

ACH Bank Drafting

Take advantage of the convenience of not having to write a check for your sewage bill. By signing up for this service, NHTMA will automatically deduct your sewage bill directly from your checking account either monthly or quarterly with no fee, you decide which option works best for you.

For quarterly ACH, please visit our customer portal @ and enter a bank account then choose Autopay to enroll.

For monthly ACH, please click the link to print out an ACH Bank Drafting Authorization form to begin taking advantage of this new service. Complete the form and return to NHTMA with a voided check.
